If you’re looking for group counselling to help you with your experience of stalking, attend our peer support group sessions in Sussex. At our weekly drop-in sessions in Brighton, we provide safe spaces in order to help you process what has happened to you. Whether you want to share your story, or you want to listen to others’, you are welcome to speak openly and freely without fear of judgement. Get in touch for further information about registering for our services.
For those who are unable to attend in the daytime, we also run fortnightly (twilight) peer-support groups. These will normally be run on Tuesdays from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
All groups are led by an experienced facilitator and counsellor. With several years’ experience of working with people who have been affected by stalking, trauma, and mental health issues, we specialise in supporting people’s recovery as they address experiences of trauma.
