SUSSEX STALKING SUPPORT
Count on our stalking support service for advice and therapy services in Brighton, Sussex. As one of the only groups in the area specifically devoted to helping victims of stalking, we are dedicated to raising awareness of the complex issues surrounding this crime. From peer support sessions to creative therapy groups, we provide ongoing trauma and support work to assist individual recovery.
“In our recent report, 88% of victims of stalking met the criteria for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and would have benefited from referral or treatment. PTSD is responsive to treatment and we are perpetuating isolation and the social restriction caused by the problem if we do not standardly provide effective intervention.”
